Their website says : “Built in 1751, Château le Mont Epinguet is steeped in history and tradition.” I can’t find any information online as to what history or tradition it is steeped in but that’s probably because it’s all written in books that haven’t been digitally scanned for public consumption. I’m too lazy to go looking for stuff like that at the library. 
Their website also says that it used to be a farming estate on 2000 acres and was occupied by the Germans during World War II. If you want to rent out the chateau or some of its rooms, that seems to be something they offer. Enjoy.
